WOTECH COMMUNICATIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED - Terms of Service for Zimbabwe Operations

Effective Date: January 2024

1. General Provisions

These terms govern all services provided by WOTECH COMMUNICATIONS in Zimbabwe, including but not limited to:

Telecommunications and internet services
Media and advertising solutions
Logistics and freight forwarding
ICT consulting and implementation
E-commerce platforms (Tech Store & Auto Care)

2. Service-Specific Conditions

2.1 Telecoms/ICT Services

Subject to POTRAZ regulations
Fair usage policies apply to unlimited packages
Service credits only issued for outages > 24 hours
Network maintenance windows: Sundays 2:00-6:00 AM

2.2 Logistics Services

ZIMRA customs clearance handled as agent only
Standard liability limit: US$5/kg for freight
Dangerous goods prohibited without prior approval
Insurance coverage available at additional cost

2.3 E-commerce Services

Product warranties as per manufacturer specifications
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Installation services available for technical products
Bulk pricing available for corporate customers

3. Payment Terms

Currency

All invoices payable in USD or ZWL at official rate

Late Payments

2% monthly interest on late payments

Service Suspension

Services suspended after 30 days of non-payment

Payment Methods

Bank transfer, mobile money, cash (in-person)

4. Termination

Either party may terminate with:

Monthly services:30 days written notice

Annual contracts:90 days notice

Project-based services:As per project agreement

5. Dispute Resolution

First Level: Customer Service

Location: Harare

Neutral third-party mediation

Final Recourse: Legal Action

Jurisdiction: Zimbabwean courts

Applicable law: Laws of Zimbabwe

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice via:
